Can I spend my Happy eGift directly at the Retailer?
No, your Happy eGift must be exchanged here for Digital codes or Gift Cards from any of the Retailers detailed on the homepage.
Does my Happy eGift have an expiry date?
Yes, it does. The expiry date will be clearly displayed within the email or print-out that you have been issued with. Once your Happy eGift has expired, it cannot be used or reactivated in any way.
What do I do if my Happy eGift isn’t working?
If your Happy eGift is still valid (within its expiry date), please complete the Contact Us form and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
How do I redeem more than one Happy eGift?
Once you have entered your first Happy eGift on the homepage and clicked redeem, you will be able to add additional codes to your balance using the View/Add Codes button on the Shopping page.
Can I redeem Happy eGifts from two different companies at the same time?
Unfortunately, you will need to redeem them separately - sorry!
Do I have to spend the full value of my Happy eGift?
Yes, you will need to spend it all at once!
What can I exchange my Happy eGift for?
Your Happy eGift can be exchanged for any available Digital codes or Gift Cards from any of the Retailers detailed on the homepage.
Can I exchange my Happy eGift for more than one Retailer’s Gift Card or Digital code?
Yes, you can split the value of your Happy eGift across multiple different products & Retailers!
Can I spend my Digital Code or Gift Card on the retailer's website?
This depends on the Retailer – before you order your Digital Codes/Gift Cards please check out each Retailer’s T&C’s. These are either found directly within or accessible via a link within the product description.
How long will my Digital Codes or Gift Cards take to arrive?
Digital Codes will be sent to you via email within 24 hours*. Gift Cards will be delivered to you via post within 3-5 working days*. Please note, this may be affected by your local postage service - especially during busy periods. *Subject to availability.
What do I do if I haven’t yet received my Digital Codes or Gift Cards?
Firstly, please check your spam/junk folders for Digital Codes. Otherwise, if your Digital Codes have not arrived within 48 hours, or Gift Cards within 5 working days, please contact us.
I entered an incorrect email or delivery address during checkout – what do I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or replace missing Gift Cards if the delivery address provided is incorrect. If the email address provided was incorrect, please complete the Contact Us form - if your Digital Code has not already been redeemed by a third party, it can be resent to a new address.
What do I do if my Gift Card has arrived damaged or is incorrect?
We’re sorry if this has happened - please submit a Contact Form request, referencing your order number and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Please treat your Gift Cards as cash – we cannot replace any that are lost, stolen or damaged once you’ve received them.
I have lost my Digital Code/Gift Card – what do I do?
Digital Codes can be re-sent if you have lost or accidentally deleted them (providing they are still valid), but we cannot replace Digital Codes that have been redeemed by a third party if an incorrect email address was provided during checkout. Gift Cards should be treated as cash – we cannot replace any that are lost, stolen or damaged once you’ve received them.
Can I return my Digital Code/Gift Card or swap it for cash?
We’re unable to exchange rewards of any kind, either for an alternative or cash.
